The Dutch Mill was recognized at the Board Meeting Monday night. Our OHS Dutch Mill is available in the Gasconade County Republican publication the first Wednesday of each month.

We are excited to welcome parents and guardians to our fall Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC) this week! OHS will be open for PTC on Wednesday after school until 7:15pm, and then again on Thursday from 9am - 3:45pm. Feel free to walk in and visit with teachers, but if you need to schedule an appointment, you can also do so using the following link and then selecting which teacher you would like to schedule with.

Due to safety concerns with the weather, the OHS Marching band will not be traveling to the Park Hills band competition tomorrow. We are extremely proud of our band and all of the success that they have had this year. Come out to see their performance at the halftime show for homecoming this evening!

Tomorrow at homecoming, be sure to check out the band if you are looking for a funnel cake or a GCR2 umbrella! Also, you DO NOT want to miss the halftime show! The OHS Marching Band is coming off winning first place at their last band competition. The field show this year is truly spectacular!

Congratulations to Mr. Orf for winning the Staff of The Month award voted by his peers for being the most organized and prepared!

If your student is having a retake, please return the entire portrait package (including the insert sheet) to the photographer on retake day. Feel free to attach a note describing what you’d like done differently.

📣 OHS Career Fair – Calling All Local Businesses and Industries!

Owensville High School will host our annual Career Fair on Friday, November 21! We’re looking for local businesses and professionals to showcase their careers and opportunities to our students.

The 7 students who are juniors and seniors will also be eligible to audition for the Missouri All-State Choir in November!

OHS FTA members attended a presentation on 'Teens Teach Prevention' yesterday in Rolla. They were able to attend presentations on alcohol prevention and vaping prevention. In the future, they will coordinate with OMS on dates and times to present these to our students.
