Sealed bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM on March 19, 2026, to Gasconade County R-2 School District, 402 E. Lincoln Ave, Owensville, MO 65066, and will be publicly opened and read at that time. The envelope that contains the bid shall be plainly marked, “SEALED BID-Multifunction Copiers and Service Agreement”.
The Gasconade County R-2 School District reserves the right to waive technicalities, select any contractor filing a proposal, and accept any portion of a bid, or reject any and all bids. All parties submitting proposals are required to comply with applicable local, state, and federal law prohibiting discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, or national origin.
